  • Custom Window Treatments

  • Custom Furniture

  • Material Samples

  • Finish and fixture placement plan

  • Full estimate of specified materials

  • Detailed design documents to hand to your contractor including floorplans, elevations, and design details

Need to move a wall or create an open floor plan?

Everything in the “No Demo Reno” plus:

  • Demo plan

  • New room configuration layout including cabinet details

  • Appliances options

  • Custom lighting and switching plan

  • Door and window options

  • Detailed scope of work for contractor bids

  • Collaboration with architects and contractors

  • Construction, furniture, and artwork installation observation

*Pricing is for standard-sized rooms only and is subject to change based on project conditions. A formal quote for each service will be provided. Should your space and project be a little bit more unique, we will provide a more accurate quote after the initial consultation.

*Remote clients must have or be able to borrow a phone or device with LIDAR capabilities or provide floorplans, elevations, or dimensions. Intrepid will provide a measurement checklist if needed.
